MLTUS Mill Duty Deepfield Copper Electromagnet

The Mill Duty Deepfield Copper Electromagnet (MDC) is designed for handling especially abrasive materials, scrap, and mill products. It has a heavier, more robust structure than standard magnets, which makes it more resistant to wear and tear. The copper conductor used in the magnet's windings provide the MDC with ample power for intensive mill operations and long duty cycles. The MDC can be adapted to multiple applications, such as moving scrap as well as billets or slabs, and can be used singly or rigged to work in tandem with multiple magnets on a spreader beam.
